chris's is my favorite room in chicago.. its a real, old, no bullshit kinda pool hall.. no cocktail waitresses or food menu.. just pool.. i came here for the first time about 3 yrs ago and fell in love with it.. one pocket in particular..it's hard to get good players to play with you when youre starting out unless you play for $20 a game or so... but special thx to ken lee who used to give me 12-6 and play me for hours and hours for 100 a game (100 pennies!!!)

chels waking up after sleeping in our tent in some crazy as hell trailer park in welsville indiana (or some shit)... chitown is 45 miles away!!!

summit city bike shop... ft wayne

we woke up in ft wayne and found a bike shop near our camp site.. chels desperately needed some work done.. not only was summit city one of the coolest shops we'd seen with a giant inventory and tons of space, but we met some super cool people as well.. special thanks to barry and the mechanics at summit city they were totally supportive and helpful in every way.. hooked chels up w some tune up action and tires and tubes.. AWESOME.. one of the mechanics had done a similar trip in 04 except he went for oregon to boston in 1 month!! averaging 110 miles a day.. bad ass
