i met joy through warm showers and she is a life long cyclist who has done lots of cycling around nz and europe.. she has an amazing organic garden and grows her own food.. she has everything from fruit to asparagus to herbs and artichokes.. i helped out one afternoon by picking a black peach tree and pruning the upper branches.. cooking is so enjoyable when you just walk outside and pick all of the still alive food for the evening!!
