we woke up in ft wayne and found a bike shop near our camp site.. chels desperately needed some work done.. not only was summit city one of the coolest shops we'd seen with a giant inventory and tons of space, but we met some super cool people as well.. special thanks to barry and the mechanics at summit city they were totally supportive and helpful in every way.. hooked chels up w some tune up action and tires and tubes.. AWESOME.. one of the mechanics had done a similar trip in 04 except he went for oregon to boston in 1 month!! averaging 110 miles a day.. bad ass
